Enjoy beautiful Studio City Hills homes for sale brought to you by Bryan Abrams.
The Studio Hills are a quiet hillside area in the prime Studio City real estate market, south of Ventura Boulevard. In a recent census, the Hills of Studio City were also reported as one of the safest neighborhoods in the United States. The homes in this area vary from new construction and architectural masterpieces to classic valley homes crafted in the midcentury modern style. Famed architect, Robert Schindler, designed several homes in this area of Studio City in the mid-1940s, and there are many celebrity estates on large lots tucked into the enclave of Studio City Hills.

An older demographic and Hollywood celebrities enjoy Studio City Hills homes
Geared more toward families and older demographics, only about one in seven residents are younger than 20 (only 1 in 35 are between the ages of 11¬–19) and three of five residents are renters of area homes and apartments. Many Hollywood celebrities and members of the entertainment industry enjoy living in Studio City because its location is just far enough away from the heart of the action to give them a bit of privacy, but close enough to get back and forth without too much traffic.
